Hersheypark Stadium to provide DCI and DCA corps housing for the 2005 Hershey Spectacular.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum Facilities Requirements

Gymnasium for sleeping quarters which will accommodate at least 135 people. 

Several separate rooms (3 – 5) for Instructors and bus driver’s use.

Separate Men and Women showers with hot water (with at least 10 shower heads in each).

Men and Women restrooms in addition to shower area restrooms.

Outside water hose hookup for kitchen truck.

110volt / 120volt electrical hookup for kitchen & equipment truck.

Parking for 4 busses, 2 Tractors / Trailers, and 4 Vans / Cars.

Rehearsal are to accommodate 2 full sized football field for corps rehearsals.

Dumpster for trash collection.

Cleaning equipment available such as brooms, mops, pails, etc. 
 

Additional Facilities Requirements  (when available)

Stadium practice field for corps rehearsals.

Lighted practice fields for after dark rehearsals.  (Corps will adhere to local noise restrictions)

Additional practice fields available.

Ice machine.

Use of cafeteria for seating only (incase of bad weather)

Payphone use available.

** Corps will line fields unless other direction is given by housing facilities **
